Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of of placement unless specifically stated, orders are typically delivered within 7 days. Osensual is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
